Precision Oil Tools
Check Valve
This Check Valve features a chrome ball sealing mechanism, ensuring reliability and a long service life. It is a field proven design that the industry has come to trust.
Features/Benefits:
• Ball-to-Cone Seal: The same technology used in hammer unions and other high pressure safety devices. Provides a superior seal to the typical Ball-to-Cup seal other manufacturers use.
• Industry Standard design that can take wear and tear
Dart Valve
This Dart Check Valve is ideal for operation in tight well spaces or when a very economical tool is required. The innovative design eliminates the need for a spring, contributing to a shorter overall tool length. By utilizing a special geometry, the dart provides better sealing than a ball alone.
Hardened Stainless Steel darts and bodies are available to accommodate ultra-long service life requirements.
Features/Benefits:
• Ball-to-Cone Seal: The same technology used in hammer unions and other high pressure safety devices. Provides a superior seal to the typical Ball-to-Cup seal other manufacturers use.
• One of the most economical valves on the market due to it’s short size and long life
• Stabilized Dart: Doesn’t rattle in the housing, so the valves last longer
• Flat Rear Face: Allows fluid pressure to move the dart very effectively, providing faster closing times than a standard check valve
• Comes standard with a spring, but is available without a spring for very short body length requirements
High Flow Check Valve
This High Flow Check Valve is ideal when maximum flow rates are a priority. The poppet is specially engineered to minimize flow losses and increase production rates. This results in flow rates similar to that of a flapper valve, but at a much lower cost. Hardened Stainless Steel bodies and poppets are available to meet ultra-long service life requirements.
Features/Benefits:
• Ball-to-Cone Seal: The same technology used in hammer unions and other high pressure safety devices. Provides a superior seal to the typical Ball-to-Cup seal other manufacturers use
• Large Flow Cross-Sections: Provides maximum flow in a limited space
• Optimized Flow Geometry: Ensures minimal pressure losses when going around the contours of the poppet
• Very cost effective alternative to flapper valves if no drop-balls are being used
